We offer Hatha Yoga, Pilates, Gentle Yoga, Cardio Interval Class, YogaBack, Group Personal Training (a 5-week Class), Tabata, and a Muscle/Weight Training class.

For the student athlete, yoga is a fantastic way to maintain your strength, flexibility, core strength, give you better agility/balance on the field (especially on turf), and reduce your risk of injury.
