Cardio/Interval Weight Training

8:30-9:30AM Saturdays

This class is designed to give you the best overall work out! Interval training combines light weights with a variety of cardio intervals to burn calories and fat, reshaping your body at the same time. This class will boost your metabolism and continue to burn fat and calories even after the work out ends.

YogaBack

9:45-10:45AM Saturdays

4:00-5:00PM Tuesdays

This 4-week class is designed for people who suffer with chronic back pain due to various conditions; for example, disc herniations, scoliosis, sciatica, post trauma, stenosis and arthritis.

Yogaback aims to stretch, strengthen and alleviate chronic back pain for people who are new to the practice of yoga.

Triple Threat

5:45-6:30PM Mondays

Triple Threat includes multiple rounds of cardio, muscle training and core conditioning. 15 minutes of weight training, 15 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of core in one class. You won't even believe the class is over by the time we're done! Classes fly by when you're having fun and working hard.

Pilates Fusion

9:00-9:45AM Tuesdays

Pilates Fusion has all the benefits of a toning Pilates class plus light weights, weighted balls and Pilates rings to add further strengthening, toning, and a little cardio. The instructor teaches to all levels of fitness.

Group Personal Training

9:30-10:30AM Wednesdays

Group Personal Training is a certified personal trainer led program designed to coach participants through a range of efficient and intense workouts, including resistance training, cardio intervals, bootcamp training and mind-body formats, such as Pilates and Pilates/Yoga. Learn to effectively use a variety of training tools including the BOSU ball, stability ball, dumbbells, and bands to build muscle and flexibility, increase metabolism and burn fat to maximize results. Get the results of working with a personal trainer without the high price! 

Pre-registration is required.

Class sizes are limited to 6 people.

Pilates

6:00-7:00PM Wednesdays

This is a total body conditioning class combining strength and flexibility. It includes the use of:

    •    Stability balls

    •    Hand-held weighted balls

    •    Pilates rings

    •    Exercise bands

    •    Hand weights

 

The purpose is to develop:

    •    Mind & body uniformity

    •    Provide balance

    •    Increase flexibility & strength

    •    Improve posture

    •    Focus on the powerhouse (abdomen, lower back & buttocks)

Hatha Yoga

9:00-10:00AM Thursdays

This class incorporates a method of Hatha Yoga that focuses on:

    •    Proper breathing techniques

    •    Correct alignment

    •    Abdominal control

    •    Total body strength

    •    Flexibility

    •    Balance

 

It includes stretching throughout the class and a relaxation segment at the end to unite the mind and body, giving the participant an overall feeling of peace and serenity.

Gentle Yoga/Stretch Class

4:00PM-5:00PM Thursdays

Gentle Yoga, taught by Dr. Danielle Hanlon, is a class designed to reduce stress, breathe, relax, and rejuvenate your body. Each week this class takes you on a gentle journey of yoga poses, stretching and breathing techniques in order to calm the mind as well as the body. 

 

This is a great class for all levels of yoga practitioners but also an excellent class for beginners who would like to start a yoga practice. This class is taught surrounded by candle light glow and soft meditative music to further promote the ambiance of wellness and relaxation.

Muscle/Cardio Class

5:30-6:15PM Thursdays

Strength training class where we use a variety of equipment each week to target all the major muscle groups. Each week the class is designed differently to keep things fresh and interesting.
