Gentle Yoga, taught by Dr. Danielle Hanlon, is a class designed to reduce stress, breathe, relax, and rejuvenate your body. Each week this class takes you on a gentle journey of yoga poses, stretching and breathing techniques in order to calm the mind as well as the body.
This is a great class for all levels of yoga practitioners but also an excellent class for beginners who would like to start a yoga practice. This class is taught surrounded by candle light glow and soft meditative music to further promote the ambiance of wellness and relaxation.
