New Tuesday Evening Class!
6:30 - 7:30PM
This class will combine all aspects of body benefits not only for weight loss, but will include cardio conditioning, range of motion and functionality exercises to promote healthier posture and ability to perform daily life activities without pain.
Functional exercises using hand weights to improve strength, tone and endurance as well as cardio training to boost your metabolism and promote healthy weight loss.
